Masterclass Series

Drawing on the hot topics from our leadership program, we offer a range of Masterclasses, which we deliver live (in-person or virtually) over two hours, one half day or one full day.

Coaching – Being able to coach is key in leading effectively. This class is designed to assist leaders in understanding the role they play as a coach, providing coaching tools and teaching how and when to coach.

Challenging Conversations – Being a leader is not easy. This class equips leaders with the key ingredients needed to have a meaningful, challenging conversations, which are structured clearly and delivered with empathy for a positive outcome.

Delegation – This class equips participants with the mindset, processes and tools to confidently delegate tasks in a consistent and clear manner.

Everything DiSC – This class uses the DiSC model (a behavioural assessment tool) to provide a framework for understanding one’s self, understanding others and using these insights to work together effectively.

Emotional intelligence – We can’t lead others until we can lead ourselves.  This class provides participants with the keys to self-awareness, the ability to recognise behaviours and respond to triggers to enhance relationship building and build safe working environments.

Facilitation Skills – Great leaders are great facilitators.  This class equips participants with the skills to run effective meetings, provide training and deliver presentations which are structured, meaningful and engaging.
