The Introduction To Your Future short course will take you 30 minutes to complete.

The Future Proof Your Life program has 26 lessons with over 4 hours of video and a supporting workbook and other activities. It could take you 15 minutes if you focus on the one area that you know will make a difference, or start a life long learning journey.

Once you purchase a subscription to the program you have access to all the resources for one year so you can easily refer back to any lesson or topic whenever needed. You can invest as much or as little of your time as you want.

Do I have to follow a set curriculum?

No. Our programs have been designed so you have access to all the resources up front when you enrol and then you chose your own adventure.

If you want to work through the lessons in a structured way you can, or you can explore the specific areas that interest you and curate your own learning pathway. Each lesson stands on its own and we highlight the relevant linkages to other lessons to help you navigate and tailor your approach.

What if I am struggling with the course and need help?
