Corporate trainer, facilitator and executive coach Ben Reeve is the founder and chief designer of The Box I Live In, an online program to prepare professionals for the future.
Ben and his colleagues at “The Box” have delivered face to face training to over 20,000 employees of multinational and small to medium businesses, consistently averaging satisfaction scores over 90%.
They are experts in implementing professional transformations, whether that be for small businesses, large corporations or individuals looking to progress their careers.
Instead of reserving this type of training for corporate employees, Ben and the team wanted to make their learnings and insights accessible to anyone wishing to future proof their careers within a rapidly changing world. The Box I Live In is now an online resource for anyone wanting to develop these skills.

Ben Reeve, Sydney.
I am intrigued by how businesses work, from the people who run them to the systems and process they put in place and the individuals who make it all work.
After graduating in the UK, I fell into the early 1990’s IT boom. The formative part of my business career was spent working for rapidly growing personal computer companies. I held a variety of sales, marketing and operational roles in Europe and Asia. I ended up in Sydney, Australia, where I have lived for the last 24 years.
Rapid consolidation of the IT industry meant that I played an active role in several mergers and acquisitions. I gained more experience in those 12 years than I may have expected to get in a lifetime. This was the springboard for my second career, working as a consultant, facilitator and coach.
For the last 18 years, I have been an independent consultant, facilitating workshops and professional development processes within multinational companies such as Ernst and Young, PayPal, Westpac Bank and American Express.
“Whether I’m working with CEOs, high achievers or with folks who turn up to a session because they have been told to attend, I love helping others make sense of what is going on in today’s business world and preparing them for the future.” – Corporate trainer, facilitator and executive coach Ben Reeve.
