How long are the courses? Will I have time for them?

The Introduction To Your Future short course will take you 30 minutes to complete.

The Future Proof Your Life program has 26 lessons with over 4 hours of video and a supporting workbook and other activities. It could take you 15 minutes if you focus on the one area that you know will make a difference, or start a life long learning journey.

Once you purchase a subscription to the program you have access to all the resources for one year so you can easily refer back to any lesson or topic whenever needed. You can invest as much or as little of your time as you want.

Do I have to follow a set curriculum?

What if I am struggling with the course and need help?
