The Alitex business design and manufacture Victorian style greenhouses and conservatories. They employ people across different business functions from sales and marketing, product design, manufacturing, installation, finance, HR and IT.
Working with Tom Hall, CEO and another Le Loop tragic, we worked with a small group of employees from different areas of the business to launch the programme and to show how the various lessons and resources can help people identify development areas for their current role and future careers.
We used the learnings, insights and feedback from this group to develop a company wide “induction program”. This will provide all of Alitex’s employees with the opportunity to participate and use The Box I Live In online programs. By identifying the key lessons and resources that will help individuals and the company achieve its goals we will be able to raise the standard and quality of the development planning process that Alitex uses. The outcome is happy engaged employees, create a fabulous company culture that creates a great customer experience at every touchpoint through the business.
